High-performance outdoor apparel and equipment brand Arc'teryx has opened a new elevated store front in its home country.
The brand, best known for its jackets that feature technical innovations, has relocated its longstanding Sainte-Catherine Street store in Montreal to an expanded Alpha Store, spanning three levels and nearly 10,000 square feet. The opening represents Arc'teryx's largest investment in its Montréal retail presence to date, building on the legacy of the city where the brand opened its first Canadian retail store.
Arc'teryx Alpha Store is a format the brand says is designed as a "haven" for Montreal's outdoor community, featuring a dedicated community space for locals to gather, relax and host events such as run clubs and climbing groups.

At the heart of the Alpha Store concept is ReBird, the brand's in-store center for Arc'teryx's initiatives in care and repair, resale and upcycling.
