At Campari Group, he oversaw more than 900 employees and $750 million in spend while deploying AI-enhanced forecasting in SAP IBP — improving target market forecast accuracy by 5 percentage points and slashing year-end inventory by 15% through a new global planning center of excellence, according to LinkedIn.
During his tenure at Ferrero, he managed supply operations for a $1.5 billion North American business, closing over $300 million in CapEx for three new distribution warehouses and executing a logistics network redesign that generated a 10% reduction in cost per pallet. Earlier at Johnson & Johnson, he facilitated executive reviews of the corporate $5 billion annual global capital portfolio, led the design of the 2015 J&J supply chain strategic plan, and standardized regional SAP systems while directing supply chain operations for $800 million in consumer franchises.
