JLL has announced that it has been chosen to manage retail leasing at Zona Rosa, a 768,000-sq.-ft. lifestyle center in Kansas City's Northland submarket recently acquired by CTO Growth Realty.
Leading the leasing team will be Sarah Norlander, a senior VP of the global real estate company's 10Twelve leasing group that focuses on curating community-driven tenant mixes for lifestyle centers, high-end retail and mixed-use developments.
"JLL is incredibly excited to work alongside CTO to help Zona Rosa realize its full potential," said Jayme Miller, a JLL VP based in Kansas City. "As a Northland resident who shops and spends time there, I have a deep appreciation for what this center means to the community and understand the opportunities that lie ahead."
Zona Rosa blends retail, multifamily and office space with two green spaces, live music and events. The center is anchored by retailers including Dick's Sporting Goods, Barnes & Noble, DSW and Sephora and features a mix of national and local tenants serving the growing Northland community.
Other brands on the properties tenant roster include Dillard's, Lane Bryant, Men's Wearhouse, Old Navy, and Staples.
