ASC Fine Wines launches The Wine Atelier, its retail experience rooms in Beijing and Shanghai. Rebecca Lo finds out more.
ASC Fine Wines continues to strengthen offline engagement with trade partners and wine lovers through The Wine Atelier, its bricks and mortar venues in Beijing and Shanghai — two critical markets in the Chinese Mainland.
On 28 August, The Wine Atelier opened in Rosewood Beijing across from the CCTV headquarters in Chaoyang district. The Shanghai location followed, opening on 12 September in the Bund City Hall Plaza built originally in 1922.
Designed to go beyond cellars and retail spaces, ASC incorporated its pillars of experience and service into The Wine Atelier's hardware. Moments of discovery, education and hospitality will be facilitated and supported by personalised interactions for trade partners, private clients and curious consumers.
By showcasing vintages along the walls to free up central spaces for organic circulation, The Wine Atelier encourages software power to connect people through tastings, idea exchanges and relationship building.
