DoorDash is enabling participants in its retail media network to have a deeper view into omnichannel signals and more command over how their products are presented.
The online delivery provider is introducing Brand Center, a platform built on top of its existing Ads Manager solution to allow advertisers that are part of its DoorDash Ads retail media network a clearer view of growth drivers across digital and physical shelves.
Brand Center brings together purchase-based signals from consumer orders and audit-based signals from shelf scans into a single platform. The solution connects brands in eligible locations with targeted in-store support from DoorDash drivers including shelf audits, restocking, item counts, and promotional displays.

Inventory insights: Combining consumer order data with insights from delivery drivers, including more than 1 million in-store shelf signals captured daily on average and analyzed using artificial intelligence, to surface on-shelf availability and out-of-stock trends across retailers and stores. Brands can identify locations with out-of-stocks and estimate revenue missed.
